PRELIMINARY ARTICLE - PREAMBLE
These confidentiality policies govern the collection and processing by SIAMP CEDAP, a limited company, located at 4, Quai Antoine 1er - 98000 Monaco, registered in the Trade and Industry Register under number 56S00140 and represented by its current legal representative (hereinafter the "Service Provider") of personal data (hereinafter the "Personal Data") of users (hereinafter the "User") of the Site www.siampmonacogeneral2024.com (hereinafter the "Site").
They apply to any use by the User of the Site and its various services, including browsing the Site, subscribing to an event organised by the Service Provider and contacting the Service Provider.
These Confidentiality Policies supplement the provisions applicable to the relationship between the Service Provider and the User, and must therefore be read in conjunction with the other applicable conditions accessible from the Site.
ARTICLE 1 - DATA CONTROLLER
The Service Provider is responsible for data processing. In this capacity, the Service Provider undertakes to comply with the provisions of law no. 1.165 of 23/12/1993 on the protection of personal information and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (known as the "RGPD").

The User is informed, however, that in certain cases and by way of exception, he/she will not be able to exercise his/her right to erasure and portability of data. Requests must be accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document.
ARTICLE 2 - COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Personal Data communicated by the User to the Service Provider is subject to computer processing and is kept and used by the Service Provider for the purposes described in the aforementioned article and concerns :

Identification data (surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address);

Connection data and cookies (IP addresses, connection logs) ;

The registration and management of registrations for the event organised by the Service Provider and the provision of the corresponding services;

Communication with Users to respond to their requests and enquiries;

Handling complaints and disputes;

Sending newsletters, information messages and promotional offers to Users, after obtaining their express prior consent.
In particular, the Service Provider may collect personal data:

When the User consults the Site ;

When subscribing to the event organised on the Site ;

When dealing with the Service Provider or its teams via the Site or by telephone;

In addition, when the User visits the Site, browsing data may be collected and processed by the Service Provider or by any service provider of its choice for statistical purposes, to improve the use of the Site, and in particular to measure the number of pages viewed, the number of visits and the User's browsing path on the Site.
ARTICLE 3 - LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Some of the processing carried out by the Service Provider for the purposes set out above is necessary to enable it to :

Process any subscriptions made by the User;

To meet certain legitimate interests relating in particular to its management.
In all other cases, processing by the Service Provider is only possible if the User has expressly consented to it.
ARTICLE 4 - SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
The Service Provider takes all appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the User's Personal Data, in particular against the loss, alteration, distribution or unlawful use of such data.
The Service Provider ensures that such measures are put in place for all operations carried out in the context of processing, and in particular during the collection of Personal Data, its storage and hosting.
In this respect, the Service Provider also ensures that any third parties it may call upon comply with this requirement to protect the User's Personal Data by implementing appropriate measures. The technical and organisational measures put in place may include the use of secure registration forms, encryption of certain data (such as bank details), and restricted access to Personal Data.
ARTICLE 5 - RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The User's Personal Data may be communicated to third parties subcontracted by the Service Provider to ensure access to and use of the Site and the smooth running of the event it is organising.
The User's Personal Data will not be communicated or transferred to third parties for commercial or promotional purposes, except :

Prior express agreement from the User or information

Via the completion of an online form by the User, which is subject to their prior and express agreement using a corresponding clickable button accessible when they are invited to provide Personal Data.
If the User no longer wishes to receive them, they can unsubscribe at any time by requesting the Service Provider:

In certain cases, the Service Provider may communicate the User's Personal Data to any administrative or judicial authority that is so requested, by current legislation.
ARTICLE 6 - TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
As part of its activities, the Service Provider may transfer the User's Personal Data to persons or entities located outside the European Union.
Should the Service Provider need to do so, it will inform Users, indicating the measures taken to control this transfer and ensure that the confidentiality of their Personal Data is respected.
ARTICLE 7 - RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
The Service Provider will only keep the User's Personal Data for a limited period, determined according to the nature of the data in question and the processing concerned.
On this basis, the User's Personal Data will be kept for the following periods:

Identification data: 36 months from the last connection

Prospective customers: 12 months from the last activity on the Site.
In general, Personal Data is collected for a limited period of 3 years after the closure of the User's file.
Once these periods have elapsed, some of the Personal Data in question may be archived for accounting management and the management of disputes or requisitions, for a period which may not exceed the legal requirements in these matters.
ARTICLE 8 - USER RIGHTS
By law no. 1.165 of 23/12/1993 relating to the protection of personal information and the RGPD, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete or suppress all or part of the Personal Data concerning him/her, the right to object and the right to limit the processing and portability of Personal Data, which he/she may exercise by sending a letter to the Service Provider :

For processing based on the collection of the User's consent, the User also has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time.
The User is advised that exercising these rights does not affect the validity of the processing operations carried out previously, nor the Service Provider's right to archive some of the Personal Data in question, by the principles set out above. Such requests must be made by the User personally and in writing, signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the signature of its holder.
This information will only be used to identify the User and will not be kept for longer than is necessary to process the response. The request must specify the e-mail or postal address to which any reply should be sent. The Service Provider will have thirty (30) days to respond following receipt of the request.
The User also has the right to complain to the EDPS (European Data Protection Committee).
ARTICLE 9 - USE OF COOKIES
A cookie is a file sent by a Site when it is visited and stored in web browsers.
Generally speaking, cookies are used to measure and evaluate the behaviour of Users who visit a Site (number of visitors, length of visits, most frequently viewed items, etc.). There are several types of cookies, some of which are non-identifying and others which are identifying. Some cookies may be associated with other data to personalise the User's experience on a Site. When cookies are identifiers, they enable Personal Data to be collected and processed.
The Service Provider uses cookies when the User browses the Site. These cookies are used to measure the number of visitors to the Site, to provide the Service Provider with information on how the User uses the Site, and to improve the User's experience on the Site. Cookies used by the Service Provider are stored for a maximum period of 13 (thirteen) months from the date they are first placed on the User's computer.
It is also possible that third parties use cookies to collect data relating to the User's browsing. The Service Provider is in no way responsible for operations linked to the use of third-party cookies. The User may configure the operation of cookies installed on his/her computer by configuring his/her browser settings. If the User chooses to deactivate or block certain cookies, the functionalities associated with them (e.g. personalisation of the browsing experience on the Site) cannot be applied.
The Site is up to date with the latest regulations in terms of cookie policy.
ARTICLE 10 - MODIFICATION OF CONFIDENTIALITY POLICIES
These Confidentiality Policies may be amended by the Service Provider at any time. In the event of a change to the Confidentiality Policies, the new version in force will apply to the User from the time of connection to the Site.
In the event of a dispute between the User and the Service Provider, the Privacy Policy to be taken into account will be the one in force at the time of the events giving rise to the dispute.
ARTICLE 11 - DISPUTES
11.1. Monegasque user
These terms and conditions are governed by and subject to Monegasque law, and in particular to the provisions of law no. 1.165 of 23/12/1993 relating to the protection of personal information for all Users established in the Principality of Monaco.
11.2. European user
These terms and conditions are governed by and subject to European law, and in particular to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD n°2016/679) for all Users established in the European Union.
11.3 Users outside the European Union
These terms and conditions are governed by and subject to the provisions applicable in the User's place of residence.
11.4 Jurisdiction
ALL DISPUTES TO WHICH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY GIVE RISE, CONCERNING THEIR VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION, PERFORMANCE, TERMINATION, CONSEQUENCES AND CONSEQUENCES, SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE COMPETENT COURTS IN THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH THE USER'S PLACE OF RESIDENCE IS LOCATED.
